Welcome to Enchanted Books and Crystals
Hello, kind soul, and welcome! This is a space for anyone on their spiritual journey—no matter where you are on the path—to come in, take a breath, and perhaps discover something magical to support your growth and healing.
In February 2024, after some unexpected life changes, I rebranded from Ye Olde Book Shoppe to Enchanted Books and Crystals. What began as a second-hand bookshop with just a sprinkle of crystals and incense has now blossomed into a new age and spiritual haven, with books still very much a part of the magic.
The shift reflects my own spiritual evolution and my desire to help others find tools, comfort, and inspiration along their own path. My stock is always growing—crystals, incense, tarot, herbal offerings, and more—and I hope there’s a little something here for every seeker.

Hi, I’m Jessica – the heart behind Enchanted Books and Crystals. I’m a lifelong lover of stories, a collector of wisdom, and a recent graduate (for the third time!) in Creative Writing. My academic journey has also taken me through the worlds of Archaeology and Chinese – and while studying online while running a business was no easy feat, it’s been a rewarding part of my story.
My love for stories in all their forms – books, games, films, and more – led me to open my first store, Ye Olde Book Shoppe, in 2017. It was a sanctuary for pre-loved books and kindred spirits. But as all good stories evolve, so too did mine. In 2024, I rebranded as Enchanted Books and Crystals, a place where old stories and new magic meet.
My spiritual journey is just beginning. I’ve recently discovered the healing power of crystals and the metaphysical world, and I’m embracing it with curiosity and wonder. Every day, I learn something new – about energy, intention, and the beauty of living with purpose.
